An average sized home usually takes 3-5 days depending on square footage, weather conditions and number of coats needed. We’ll provide a more accurate timeframe at your free estimate.

When is the best time to paint the exterior of my home?

The ideal time for exterior painting is spring and fall when temperatures are moderate. We don’t recommend winter or high humidity.

Will you paint in direct sunlight?

For best results, we avoid direct sunlight which can cause the paint to dry too quickly and leave lap marks. We schedule work to avoid sunlight.

How do you protect my home and belongings?

We take precautions like drop cloths and tarps to protect your home. We also tape off doors, windows, AC units and utilize plastic sheeting as needed. Your property is left clean after we finish.

What type of preparation is required for a pressure washing job?

To protect landscaping, we’ll need to mask off plants, bushes and grass before pressure washing. For safety, we may ask you to remove patio furniture as well.

How long does it take to pressure wash a home?

Most standard sized homes take 6-8 hours depending on size. Commercial properties may take 1-2 days. Highly soiled surfaces take longer to restore.

We provide free estimates so you know exactly what a project will cost beforehand. Prices vary based on size, complexity and other factors. Discounts may be available.

When can you start my project?

In most cases we can begin within 1-2 weeks of approving an estimate. We’ll coordinate a start date that fits your schedule.

Do I need to be home during the work?

Someone 18 or older needs to be home during the initial walk through and at job completion for inspection/payment. Otherwise you don’t need to be present.
